We are a team of professionals that bring a personable experience to building new quality homes, luxury homes and renovations.
Dream
Your new home may just be a dream right now, and you’re just looking at pictures from Houzz or Pinterest, and a see a few floorplans you like. You know what you want but you don’t know where to start. You may already have land to build on, or you can choose a lot in one of our developments or inventory. It’s your dream home allow our team to make it a reality.
Plan
After our initial consultation of discussing your ideas, and your wish-list, key spaces, and priorities for the home we develop an estimated budget for plans. This is where we move forward on plans with your own property, or your reserved lot and plans agreement within our inventory. We will introduce you to our design team, and we promise no plan is ever the same!
Build
At Jackson Developments, building your quality custom home or cottage will be a very rewarding experience. Our team is set to bring your approved plans to reality, giving you a hands-on experience to walk-through every step of the way. From the shovel in the ground to the last roll of paint on the wall. We build quality homes with exceptional service and experience.

Throughout the years, we have stuck to our mission as a builder to provide a different experience for our clients. An experience that allows our customers to be a major part of the project. We bring our experience in building and design to create quality homes uniquely planned and designed for each and every buyer.
From estate subdivisions, to single lot homes throughout Simcoe County and Muskoka, our focus is not on production building. Our focus is building only a handful of newly designed homes each year and creating a relationship with each client through the planning and building process to allow the most personable experience. As purchasers and clients, attention to detail and creating memories are what is most important to us.

Cottages
A cottage is a place to relax and create memories to last a lifetime. From full transformations of existing structures to brand new buildings, we have the team to build your cottage throughout the Muskoka and Parry Sound regions.
Renovations
Not only do we build homes, but we also renovate existing homes and cottages too. From full redesign transformations of homes and cottages, we also finish basements, kitchens, bathrooms, and any other large or small renovations.
